Melissa Gonzales is a high energy Property Manager that builds professional relationships while handling the needs of clients and tenants.  In a few short years with Keen Realty, she rose from an administrative role to a Property Manager in the retail, office, and industrial sectors.

Before joining Keen Realty, Melissa worked as an administrative professional supporting the Assistant Mall Manager at Memorial City Mall for Metro National for several years.  Her exposure to property management and commercial leasing, along with the privilege to work side-by-side with accomplished mentors, developed her proficiencies.

Some would say Melissa’s career in Property Management has been longer if you count the years she operated her home as a stay-at-home mother taking care of the needs of her “clients”, her daughter and son, and managing projects on the board of the PTO at her children’s schools.
