Michell Cummins is a dedicated and detailed-oriented accounting professional, that has been meeting the accounting needs of property management companies since 1992. She got her start in the accounting field working for a small residential property management company as an accounting assistant to the controller. Holding the positions of Assistant Property Manager of Office Buildings, and Property Manager of Homeowners Associations, her diverse knowledge of the accounting and operational aspects of the property management industry makes her a valuable asset to Keen Realty. Michell has earned her Certified Manager of Community Associations (“CMCA”) designation and is in the process of obtaining her Texas Real Estate License. Currently living in Navasota, Texas, with her husband Tyson, when she is not working, Michell enjoys spending time with her family which includes five children, seven grandchildren, chickens, and goats. She also finds time to volunteer at Community Faith Church and her daughter’s and grandson’s schools.
