Moses Gutierrez is a Facilities Maintenance Engineer with over twenty-two years’ experience in high, mid, and low-rise multi-tenant commercial office buildings. His vast knowledge of Life Safety, HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems have been key to tenant comfort and safety. An excellent communicator, with even better customer service skills, Moses bestows confidence in tenants, clients, and vendors due to his impeccable work. Having a great vision while assisting with new tenant construction, tenant renovation, and capital improvements, he enjoys working with and teaching others safe and efficient cost-effective ways to get jobs done.
