Roy Hurtado’s career in the high-rise commercial building industry began over 30 years ago, as a humble building maintenance technician. Attending Houston Community College Trade School, for building engineers, he learned the basics of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and lighting. This enabled Roy to expand and hone his craft over the years. Roy has worked with many outstanding property managers, and has learned about commercial real-estate services for tenants, and the importance of maintaining a respectful and positive relationship, as well as providing prompt responses to tenant’s office space needs. His current position with Keen Realty has enhanced his career, and Roy feels he finally belongs to a team.
