Craig joined Keen Realty Group in August 2019 as the Director of Property Management and supervises and leads the firm’s property management services across a portfolio of suburban office, industrial/flex, and retail properties.

Most recently Craig served as a Regional Director within Lincoln Harris CSG’s Healthcare Division overseeing a 4.3M square foot portfolio of medical office buildings located throughout Florida, Georgia, and South Carolina.  Prior to rejoining Lincoln Harris CSG, Craig was the Director of Property Management for over six years at Keystone Partners in Charlotte, North Carolina, which was acquired by Jones Lang LaSalle in 2011.  As Vice President of Property Management within JLL’s Charlotte Markets Office, he helped double the portfolio of managed properties during a three-year period.

Throughout his commercial real estate career, spanning more than 35 years, Craig has attained a strong working knowledge of building infrastructure and systems including executing capital and tenant improvement projects.

Notable clients he served during his career include Bank of America, HCA Healthcare, Atrium Health (f/k/a Carolinas Healthcare System), HCPI, Nucor Steel, Parsons Engineering, MetLife, Beacon Partners, and The Dilweg Companies.
