Todd Jurek has a 34-year record of proven accomplishments in commercial property management, construction management, leasing, and property acquisition/disposition.  His experience includes overseeing all management services on over 20 million square feet of office, industrial, retail, multi-family, self-storage, and hospitality facilities.

Todd’s career began in 1986 with Fuller Real Estate Services as a Property Manager, overseeing a portfolio of office, retail and industrial properties totaling over 1 million square feet.

As Vice President and Director of Property Management for Macfarlan Real Estate Investment Management from 1999 until late 2004, Todd was responsible for overseeing approximately 6 million square feet of commercial properties.  These properties included the prestigious Thanksgiving Tower, a 50 story, 1.4 million square foot landmark high-rise office building in downtown Dallas, Texas.

Todd created TMJ Property Services, LLC in 2005. And in 2010, he completed the complex acquisition and redevelopment of the 62,000-square foot Missouri City Shopping Center.  After acquiring the project, a 7,150-square foot new AutoZone was developed.  In addition, a 42,000-square foot new theater/restaurant was completed with Star Cinema Grill.

In 2013, TMJ Property Services was sold, and Todd started as Vice President of Property Management for MetroNational Corporation, overseeing app. 4 million square feet of commercial office, medical and multi-family properties in the Memorial City 275-acre campus.

2016 began a new season of opportunities for Todd and his new partner, Payton Indermuehle with the announcement of their new team at Keen Realty Group, LLC (“KRG”) and subsidiary companies.  The new entities under KRG are Keen Realty Management, LLC (“KRM”), Keen Realty Advisors, LLC (“KRA”), Keen Realty Developers, LLC (“KRD”), and Keen Realty Holdings, LLC (“KRH”).

2020 brought about new challenges both professionally and personally due to the COVID-19 pandemic and its effect on commercial real estate.  As a result, Todd became the sole Principal at KRG and subsidiary companies.  The companies are now more streamlined to navigate the changing business landscape with speed and flexibility.

Todd’s clients include Boyd Commercial, Lone Star Alliance, LDK Capital, Everest Fund Ventures I, Ltd., Amerco Real Estate Company, SPVEF, Ltd., Holualoa Capital Management, LLC, Tower Investments, Walker Dunlop, and numerous smaller partnerships throughout the United States, the UK and Venezuela. Todd’s past clients have also included Morgan Stanley, RREEF, Parkway Properties, GE Capital Corp., and various private investors nationwide and internationally.  Todd has served some of his clients for over 30 years.
