Zeva Perkins is a skilled Property Manager responsible for overseeing the date-to-day management and operations of several office and industrial properties with Keen Realty.

She started her career in commercial property management as a Building/Leasing Secretary and worked her way up to the position of Property Manager. With more than 25 years of property management experience, Zeva is skilled in management and operations of office, industrial/office warehouse, and mixed- use properties throughout the Greater Houston area. She has excellent communication skills, a deep knowledge of property operations, and strong administrative skills.

In her spare time, Zeva enjoys traveling, reading, and creating art.
